    1. Please submit your request on our Services page. Please provide all of the information you have so we can be as best prepared to respond to you. Attach any agenda or presentations you may have ready (even if they’re under construction a Google link would be helpful!)

    2. There is an option for an estimate if that is your preference before confirming. Please note last minute events that require an estimate may not be filled due to the quick turnaround time.

    3. Please refer to our listed policies at the top of the page, including our Cancellation and Last Minute policies.

    1. It is our goal to respond to you within 24 business hours. You will get an instant automatic confirmation but keep an eye out for your personalized response from our coordinator.

    1. The coordinator will send you a Language Justice Plan tailored to your event.

    2. The Language Justice Plan is the coordination tool we use to keep things tidy and organized. Please fill this out as you start to gather information about the event. Feel free to share with the appropriate people supporting you on this event. There is a spot at the bottom of this sheet where you can place your materials such as an agenda, presentations, videos, etc- anything yall plan to utilize at this event would be very appreciated!

    1. If this is our first time working together, or if you are contacting us about a large project/event, we may require you to schedule a consultation with our Coordinator. A consultation fee may be applied at the discretion of Cenzontle's manager.

    1. Please keep in touch with any updates that arise with your event leading up to. If it needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please make sure that we are aware of that.

    2. Refer to our Cancellation Policy.
